Those are are the elements we put our focus on for our own AquaLaughter sessions.

    • motivating
    • inclusive
    • progressive
    • interactive
    • a total workout
  • Laughter as conscious breathing
  • Laughter as a motor act
  • Be myself
  • Do whatever I want; experiment and take responsability of everything I do
  • Enjoy the relationship
  • Ask if it is good for me
  • Evaluate if it is functional or dysfunctional
  • Welcome everything
  • Socializing ... without any competition
  • Intensify the moment: “it will pass, I enjoy the now”
  • Start always from myself (due-mani)
  • Never say no
  • Summarize - give it a title
  • Immediate action, no explanations
  • Thank you… replaced by I'm happy (due-mani)
  • When the problem arises… we will solve it
  • Conserve energy (no waste on dysfunctional things) ... functional is good for me
  • Do you want my perspective?
