- interactive
- a total workout
- Laughter as conscious breathing
- Laughter as a motor act
- Be myself
- Do whatever I want; experiment and take responsability of everything I do
- Enjoy the relationship
- Ask if it is good for me
- Evaluate if it is functional or dysfunctional
- Welcome everything
- Socializing ... without any competition
- Intensify the moment: “it will pass, I enjoy the now”
- Start always from myself (due-mani)
- Never say no
- Summarize - give it a title
- Immediate action, no explanations
- Thank you… replaced by I'm happy (due-mani)
- When the problem arises… we will solve it
- Conserve energy (no waste on dysfunctional things) ... functional is good for me
