Overview of the six ELSIW.

Session 1 - Misconceptions. First with no preparation, only simple instructions, just do it—in the pool or even under the shower!

Session 2 - Choreography. Experiment a basic list of 20 exercises and write your repetition score beside each one.

Session 3 - You. Get familiar with the set of exercises and practice the one that you enjoy most and write your intensity and pleasure score beside each one. Select the 3+3 most suitable to you.

Session 4 - Context. Keep practicing and then experiment a different context: deep water—feet not touching (eventually floating with help of props, wall or a partner).

Session 5 - Participants. See how different people are affected and react to the exercises. Practice the skills of laughing, giving concise instructions and demonstrating an exercise, all at the same time.

Session 6 - Full Choreography. Put everything together, in a smoothly-flowing, dynamic session, taking into account you, your surrounds and your participants.
