You are laughter-skilled (a certified laughter yoga (LY) leader or teacher perhaps) with the gift/talent/skill to do voluntary laughter for a long time.

This course will give you the tools to create, and experiment with, at least 6 exercise laughter sessions in water.

Let's first recap four types of water-based sessions:

  1. Laughter Yoga in shallow water. You probably know perfectly well how to do it. Like LY in the snow, or in the rain, or in a park, or in the fog, or at sunset on top of a hill, or everybody wearing pink hats ... changing the context does not really alter the basic structure of a LY session. Shallow water is no different.
  2. Exercise Laughter Sessions In Water (ELSIW for short), the outcome of this course, takes advantage of the peculiarity and benefits of deeper water while doing a meaningful workout that is long enough to have an impact on the physical, as well as the emotional, metabolism.
  3. AquaLaughter Leader delivers a cycle of 45-minute sessions of meaningful physical activity and diaphragmatic laughter in water. Delivered by a certified AquaLaughter Leader, trained to follow a protocol to ensure the AquaLaughter session is motivating, inclusive, progressive, interactive and a total workout.
  4. AquaLaughter Pro delivers 8 45-minute sessions of meaningful physical activity and diaphragmatic laughter in water. Delivered by an Aqua professional trained to follow a protocol that ensures the AquaLaughter session is motivating, inclusive, progressive, interactive and a total workout.
