You are laughter-skilled (a certified laughter yoga (LY) leader or teacher perhaps) with the gift/talent/skill to do voluntary laughter for a long time.
This course will give you the tools to create, and experiment with, at least 6 exercise laughter sessions in water.
Let's first recap four types of water-based sessions:
- Laughter Yoga in shallow water. You probably know perfectly well how to do it. Like LY in the snow, or in the rain, or in a park, or in the fog, or at sunset on top of a hill, or everybody wearing pink hats ... changing the context does not really alter the basic structure of a LY session. Shallow water is no different.
- Exercise Laughter Sessions In Water (ELSIW for short), the outcome of this course, takes advantage of the peculiarity and benefits of deeper water while doing a meaningful workout that is long enough to have an impact on the physical, as well as the emotional, metabolism.
- AquaLaughter Leader delivers a cycle of 45-minute sessions of meaningful physical activity and diaphragmatic laughter in water. Delivered by a certified AquaLaughter Leader, trained to follow a protocol to ensure the AquaLaughter session is motivating, inclusive, progressive, interactive and a total workout.
- AquaLaughter Pro delivers 8 45-minute sessions of meaningful physical activity and diaphragmatic laughter in water. Delivered by an Aqua professional trained to follow a protocol that ensures the AquaLaughter session is motivating, inclusive, progressive, interactive and a total workout.
